Super Top Secret
We spent about an hour and half with one of the new designers, Don. He was from Seattle and got the job because a current designer worked there and recommended him. He talked a lot about how school didn't matter because no one cares about a GPA. He said what matters is if you are good enough and if you are willing to "grind" at the beginning of your career. Everyone is going to have to work on projects they don't want to, be we have to do it to get anywhere.
He also told us a little bit about his process and how they come up with ideas. They had an entirely different team of "interaction designers" that worked more on web based projects.
